Important Guidelines to Access the Web Support Portal

   Browser Compatibility Settings : 

  • Please make sure your browser allows ActiveX Components and is JavaScript Enabled.

  • Best viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 and above with a resolution of 800x600.

  • The site extensively uses cookies to maintain sessions. Please make sure your browser is Cookie enabled. In case you are unable to login in multiple attempts you may require to reset your browser settings by making the following settings. :

       In Internet Explorer 6.0 and Above.
       Click on Tools ---> Internet Options ---> Security Tab ---> 
       Click on Internet Icons --> Custom Level --> Reset to Medium level --> click on Reset --> ok 
       Privacy Tab ---> Click Advanced Icon. 
       Check override automatic cookie handling. 
       You will find two options :
       'First-party Cookies' 'Third-party Cookies'.  
       Select 'Block' on both the options. Click 'ok'. 
       Now go to 'General Tab'. Clear cookies and offline content items. Click ok & close the browser . 

       Now open the website and try to login. If you are not able to login then again change your cookies settings
       Click on Tools ---> Internet Options --->  Privacy Tab ---> Click Advanced button. 
       You will find two options :
       'First-party Cookies' 'Third-party Cookies'.  
       Select 'Accept' on both the options. Click 'ok'. 
       Check override automatic cookie 
       Now go to 'General Tab'. Clear cookies and offline content items. Click ok & close the browser . 
       Now open the website and try to login.

   Media Player :

  • Please use Windows Media Player 9.0 and above to play DVD files. Should you have old versions, please download Windows media player here.

  • Login problems Invalid login Id or password This happens due to incorrect entry of User ID/Password. Please take care to ensure that the Corporate and User ID are entered correctly.
